  • Objection: (not really an objection)... The client requests Psych season 1 episode 12 "Cloudy with a Chance of Murder" be 'Real-lawyered.' It's a comedy TV series featuring a 'psychic' detective and in this episode they take a bumbling lawyer as a client to help him with his case in court. Alternatively, take any episode of Psych and rate it for breaking the law, because that would be pretty fun.

Worf goes on trial for destroying a Klingon transport which may or may not have been a military target and goes a lot into Worf's motivations. It’s meant for viewers who aren’t necessarily into law or medicine, which is obvious. Making fun about script errors and this and that is just a reach and y’all just look like you’re hating for no reason.

  • This is soooo stupid! They are commenting and seeing flaws in this medical drama because of things that are not seen in the show. How can they fit all of that into a 1 hour show? They're presuming stuff because it wasn't shown in this show. They (the tv show) can not be berated because of stuff not there. They should keep their comments to what is there. For this reason, I give no credence to almost anything they have to say. What a crap job.

    ToldyasoToldyaso16 dagar sedan
  • I almost went nuts when I saw that the video on Dr. Mike's channel was ending and the episode was barely on it's half. Thank you for part 2!

    Ce GCe G16 dagar sedan
  • I love seeing these two experts bounce off each other. There's so many "expert X reacts to", so inter-disciplinary reactions are something much more fresh. Like, imagine if Mike collabed with Shadiveristy about historical medicine, or something along those lines. Some topics are so complex, you need 2 experts.

  • In hundreds of major felony jury trials, I routinely reserved opening statement. My philosophy: "I never dig a hole for myself and client that I cannot be sure I can fill." Few things anger a jury more than a lawyer who makes a promise, but fails to honor it !

  • For the purpose of this video it's pertinent to point out that Callie hasn't have the best record when it comes to picking lawyers, because hers didn't really do the best job to defend her. Watch the episode when she has a custody trial with her ex wife Arizona, and watch the different strategy adopted by Callie's lawyer and Arizona's to understand why it had the outcome that it did.
